    • Delivery Service:
      • $2 per mile with a minimum of $10 will be charged based on the distance from the pickup location. This is automatically calculated during checkout.
      • As a bonus, the delivery includes setup and takedown of all items.
    • Optimal situation:
      • Be sure that your event takes place on grass or soft ground so that inflatable items can be staked into the ground.
        Take note of the size of the items listed on the product description so you know that there is enough space at your event for larger items.
        Inflatable items can be a max distance of 100ft away from an outlet, any further and the extension cord won't reach.

    • Condition of Rented Items:
      • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
      • Any damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional fees.
      • The item descriptions provide details on common ways items may get damaged during use and offer tips on how to avoid such issues.
